A little teaser….

Fun spoiler…..big drums:

Sorry….

We’re so utterly utterly crap at updating this website.

The upshot is that we still exist and despite our lack of gigging presence we’re busy like little beavers in Yellow Bean Studios, Leicester finishing up our album which is going to be called PromisesPromises. Final tracks for the album, we think, are as follows:
Futures
Company of One
Satellites
Boy Done Good
Fists/Pistols
Politics
Falling Down
OK on the O.K.
Crush
Make Yourself A Smaller Target
Got A New Drug
We Came Here To Die

We think, as all bands do, that this is the best stuff we’ve recorded so far and we’re so excited about getting the tracks out there for people to hear. Rough guesstimate would be April some time but it’s in the hands of father time, labels and cash. As soon as we know, you’ll know….probably by the means of either Facebook or that there Twitter. If you haven’t signed up yet to either of these fantastic inventions, please do so, we predict that they’ll take off in a big way in the future.

We’ll get some video stuff up soon too.

Thanks for stopping by

More shows

Word up gang bangers! We’ve got a new bunch of shows on the gigs page. We’re delighted to be playing some shows with 3 of the best bands in the UK at the moment – Sucioperro, HAWKEYES and Your Army. You should check them all out…great bands and nice people too.

In other news, we’ve got new tunes on the go and we’re hoping to be giving them a run out in October too.

See you at the front.

Darren

Gigs, merchandise & more gigs…..

After not playing live for 7 months or so, we’ve well & truly scratched our gigging itch with some great shows at Sheffield Mentholmans, Mansfield Intake, Doncaster Leopard & an in-store appearance at Electromusic in Doncaster.

We’ve had CDs & t-shirts printed, you can get them from us at gigs for now, but they should soon to be available to buy on-line soon. Thanks to the lovely Charlotte who we met at the Leopard for the photo.

We’ve got more gigs coming up, starting Wednesday 23th May at the Rescue Rooms, playing with Paper Cape, Brothers & Bones, Patterns In Static, and Dreaded Money, promises to be a good one. £5 entry. Hopefully see you there.

Coming soon to a town near you…..

….assuming you live somewhere near Sheffield, Mansfield or Nottingham!!

We’ve got a few shows booked in over the next couple of months, to pop Tom’s Kill Chaos live cherry – check out the Gigs tab for further details.

New tracks

The fruits of our latest recording session are now available for your listening pleasure on the ‘Listen to our Noises’ page, again recorded with the legendary Mr Matthew Elliss at Axis studios in Doncaster. I’ve also put a copy of ‘Ok on the OK’ on there now as well.

Enjoy.

It’s been a while

So, to bring you up to speed…….

Tristan left the band last year leaving us drummerless – we auditioned a few potential replacements and found our man, Tom.

Since Tom joined us, we’ve been busy in the recording studio at Axis in Doncaster with Matt Elliss and making videos for ‘Company of One’ & ‘Futures’ at Quad studios in Leicester with Johnny aka Two-headed Snake Productions.

Check out our videos on the ‘Watch Us’ page, you can listen to ‘Company of One’ & ‘Futures’ on the ‘Listen to our noises’ page, and they’re both available for download on our bandcamp page. Keep an eye out for new recordings of ‘Boy Done Good’ & brand new track ‘Satellites’.

We’re in the process of getting ready to do some live shows so look out for us in a town near you soon.

Radioactive!

New track ‘Futures’ has had its radio cherry popped!!

Dean Jackson from BBC radio’s ‘the Beat’ played us on Saturday.

Big up to Dean!!

Thanks….

…. to Tom Geraghty for massive amounts of help in getting this website up & running, I really really couldn’t have it on my own!!

…. and to Maxrock for the artwork, if the pen is indeed mightier than the sword, you are very mighty!!
